About Me

As a coach and breathwork practitioner, I support high-functioning, thoughtful individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or going through transitions - even after therapy, coaching, or years of self-development. Many of the people I work with are navigating grief, burnout, or identity shifts. Some feel emotionally disconnected or constantly under pressure to keep it all together, despite their success. I help them release tension stored in the body, reconnect with their emotions, and return to their inner clarity and strength — so they can move through life with greater ease, presence, and purpose and simply be. I also work as an HR Business Partner at a global reinsurance company in Zurich, Switzerland.
My approach draws on over a decade in high-performance environments — from academia to startups to the corporate world — and is grounded in a trauma-informed, non-therapeutic lens. I understand what it’s like to appear composed while struggling quietly inside. That lived experience shapes my work to be grounded, strategic, and deeply compassionate. I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may feel disconnected from their own needs, emotions, or bodies. My work focuses on helping them slow down, feel again, and release what’s been held in for too long - mentally, emotionally, and physically. I combine strategic insight with deep presence, integrating both mind and body. Academically, I’ve studied Business Management (BA), Intercultural Communication (MA), and Philosophy - always exploring what shapes human experience and behavior.
Since childhood, I’ve been deeply curious about the world, people, life and death. I was first drawn to the power of questions through the Socratic method - amazed by how a single, well-placed question could open space for clarity and change. I use this method in my coaching practice. Back at university, I stumbled upon breathwork while reading about holotropic breathwork online. As much as it seemed an interesting technique for non-ordinary state of consciousness it didn’t draw me in. But later, I found biodynamic breathwork - a body-oriented modality centered on presence, feeling emotions, and releasing deep tension and even trauma. That’s when it clicked.
My life has been full of transitions and new adventures — learning Greek while living in Greece, Swiss labor law and German after moving to Zurich, or even completing a web development bootcamp during the pandemic (yes, I could probably be a developer too!). I’m a lifelong learner, always curious, always exploring. You might also catch me at improv theatre, dancing events, reading or writing, playing badminton, hiking or scuba diving.
Above all, I love connecting with people - I like to joke that it’s an only-child thing. Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or a shift that starts from within, you’re welcome here and I’d love to connect with you. Grief isn't a problem to solve; It’s a process to move through - at your own pace, in your own way. It can be loud, numb, or even show up as anger, exhaustion or overworking. Having navigated my own grief since childhood, I offer a heart-centered, non-therapeutic approach that honors your unique experience.
Through integrative coaching and breathwork, we’ll create a space where you can meet your emotions safely, release what’s held in the body, begin to integrate your loss and move forward with meaning.
Pain doesn’t always fade, but we can learn to hold it differently, grow around it, and live fully again.

Breathwork supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your body. It’s not about performance — it’s about presence.

My approach is trauma-informed, non-therapeutic, and practical. It’s designed for high-functioning, thoughtful people who are used to holding it all together — but are ready to soften, feel again, and lead from their inner strength.

It is a space we co-create.

Pretty and Angry Girls Club is a series of group gatherings, both in-person and online, where we come together to meet one of the most misunderstood emotions: ANGER.

Here, we don’t push it away or try to fix it.

We embrace it.

We use it and transform it together.

You belong here whether you're simmering, silent, or explosive under anger. This is a space to remain fully yourself, in all your fire and softness.

We explore how anger can become a source of strength, clarity, and connection instead of something we repress or carry alone.

Expect a lively, laid-back atmosphere.

We draw from each other’s skills and expressions. You'll experience sessions that include elements of improv theatre, movement and dance, painting, boxing and more — all designed to help you process and channel your emotions in empowering, embodied ways.

This is a place where fierceness meets fun, and where your emotions have full permission to be seen and felt without judgment.
