Moving From Thinking to Feeling: Why Logic Isn't Enough
Intellectual understanding lives in the neocortex, but survival patterns are stored in the nervous system...
Think. Breathe. Allow. Glow.

Reconnecting executive decision-making with nervous system regulation.

Sustained by intellect, hyper-vigilance, and over-working habits that created initial success but now cause strain.

Leading and living with grounded presence, authentic authority, clear boundaries, and renewed vitality.
Quiet hope. A heart-centered space to honor loss, meet emotions safely, and grow around your experience at your own pace.
Grief isn't a problem to solve or a linear checklist; it is a profound human process to move through—at your own pace, in your own way. It can be quiet, numb, loud, or show up unexpectedly as physical exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, anger, or chronic overworking.
Having navigated my own deep grief since childhood following the loss of my mother, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space. Through integrative coaching and somatic breathwork, we create conditions where you can safely release what is stored in the body and integrate loss with gentleness.
Built on personal resilience and ICF-accredited grief coaching education (From Grief to Gratitude) alongside participation in Hope Edelman’s Motherless Daughters circles.
Not rage—creative fire. Transforming misunderstood emotions into vitality, clear boundaries, and authentic connection.
Pretty & Angry Girls Club is a series of curated group gatherings (in-person in Zurich and online) where women come together to meet one of the most suppressed and misunderstood emotions: ANGER.
Women are often taught to mask anger with politeness, perfectionism, or compliance. Here, we don’t push it away, apologize for it, or attempt to fix it. We embrace it, express it physically, and channel it together into creative energy and unshakable boundaries.
Movement, breathwork, boxing elements, improv, and vocal release to move bound energy out of the body safely.
Shift from "I am angry or over-whelmed" to "I feel vibrant, clear on my boundaries, and fully alive."
One of the songs that stayed with me from a young age was “It’s My Life” by Bon Jovi—especially the line: “It’s my life, it’s now or never.”
Those words resonated deeply because I learned early that life is both fragile and precious. After losing my mother at a young age, I experienced the depth of loss and the ways grief changes our relationship with life. At the same time, I witnessed resilience through my father’s conscious, steady presence—showing me that we always retain agency in how we meet the world.
"What is life? How do we not simply move through our days on autopilot, but truly participate in them?"
My path has taken me from a small Polish village to international communities, degrees in Business Management and Intercultural Communication, philosophy studies, a full-stack code bootcamp, corporate HR roles in Zurich, and somatic breathwork certifications.

Alongside my practice, I serve as an HR Business Partner in a global corporate environment in Zurich. I see daily how capable, high-performing individuals operate almost exclusively from intellect while ignoring physiological boundaries and nervous system limits. My work bridges strategic clarity with body intelligence.
